How much is too much?

In this economy, I know a lot of you feel the way I do. You have to take a lot of shit from your employer because if you don't there are plenty of people out there, jobless, who would be more than happy to mow you down to take your place...

But, at some point don't you have to stick up for yourself? Or risk becoming a doormat?

How much becomes too much?

I'm trying to answer this very question. It seems the more I try to keep up, the more keeps getting heaped on the pile. I am only one person and can only do so much. I'm trying to figure out the best way to say "no"... but it's a work in progress.

Is any one else in this boat? Or is it just me?
