A fun weekend had by all (except the cat)...

On Friday the sun was shining and I had worked an obscene number of hours so I decided to take off from work early and take RR for his first trail ride on Elmo. It was a success...

We loved soaking up the vitamin D.

On Saturday, RR and I headed down south along 101 to visit his dad and step-mom. Thankfully, it was sunny that day as well. RR, the pups and I all hiked to Empire lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the sun.

Then we spent some time visiting with dad, step-mom and Missy (the cat). Missy, however, was not too thrilled to meet Noelle or Daisy...

Then it was time to head back home. At least I got some sunshine for a couple of days...
