Like the Scarlet A, but better...

Bff and I have decided that all of the stupid people in the world seriously need to be rounded up and have their foreheads tattooed with the words "I'm stupid". It sure would make it easy to spot them in a crowd and then I wouldn't even have to speak to them to figure out that they are, indeed, stupid. Although some people are so dumb that just their actions alone will point this obvious fact out. However, that is not foolproof so I'm thinking this will work way better.

I already have a few candidates in mind...
